Livingston ITOWN has a message board that is used by local residents. If you have someone you love or want to ask a question about the impact of IKE on the Livingston area, you may be able to get someone local to answer you on there. It requires registration to post but not to read. From what I read damage is widespread but also missed some areas. It sounds as if Lake Livingston and west took quite a hit but that's only from what I've been able to read on various forums.

You know if you take this public you actually may have the effect of increasing the marketing exposure of your house. Given the bad market right now I would think most professional RE agents would be more interested in getting your listing and making a commission then worrying about the mess you are cleaning up now.
Along with legal ramifications, this person needs to be exposed as publicly as possible and I would contact any and every consumer affairs person on a TV news program I could and get it reported on to the widest public I could.
